These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of game.io (the “Service”), operated by Snowball Studio Ltd., 3 Advance Business Centre, Triq Flores, Santa Venera, SVR1950, Malta. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Games are embedded from third-party providers and are the property of their respective owners. Your use of those games may be subject to the provider's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snowball Studio Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
